Every piece of Chrissy L starts with me, right here in Australia.

I design each collection with so much passion, from the initial idea to the
smallest detail, with many of our components custom designed and created especially for us.

Around 80% of the Chrissy L collection is then handmade with love in our Sydney studio — assembled, beaded and finished by hand by our small team.

For pieces that require specialised moulding or fabrication, we work with our
trusted production houses abroad who have the expertise and craftsmanship
needed to bring those designs to life.

However, the heart of Chrissy L will always be here in Sydney. Designed by me, made and finished largely by hand, and created with an incredible amount of love.

Quality has always been incredibly important to me. I want that moment when you open your Chrissy L pouch to feel even better than seeing the piece online…. and one of the loveliest things we hear from you again and again is, “Wow, it’s even better in real life.” That means everything to us.

We use premium-quality brass and stainless steel base metals, finished in
beautiful 18K gold plating. Our chains, charms and many of our components are
custom designed and made especially for Chrissy L, with quality, weight, finish
and feel always front of mind.

Because so much of our collection is handmade, every piece passes through our hands and undergoes a quality check before it leaves our Sydney studio. If it doesn’t meet our standards, it doesn’t get sent to you.

Our jewellery is designed to be worn and loved for a long time, but like all
fashion jewellery, it needs a little love from you too. To preserve the beauty
and longevity of your pieces, avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions and
other chemicals, and when you’re not wearing them, store them safely in the
Chrissy L pouch provided.

We put so much thought into every detail… from the components we choose to the way a piece feels when you wear it. And judging by the beautiful emails and messages we receive about the quality once your Chrissy L arrives, we think you can feel the difference too.

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping, so no matter where you are, Chrissy L Jewellery can be part of your world. Shipping costs and times vary by location—check our Shipping Policy for all the details.

We want you to love your jewellery as much as we do. Our return policy is valid for up to 14 days after the purchase of goods. We will gladly offer store credit and/or exchanges for the value of your purchase of all full-priced items that are unworn and in their original condition. Please note we do not issue refunds for a change of mind or for an incorrect purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item, unless the item is faulty.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.

• Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box included)

The following items are non-returnable:

There are NO exchanges or store credit on sale items.
