Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During peak periods, there may be slight delays, but we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

  • Free Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days 
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days – $14.95

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can track your shipment directly through our courier partners. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer support team at info@chrissyl.com.au.

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to us at info@chrissyl.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue.

Changes & Address Errors

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@chrissyl.com.au. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
